Technical Ship Management sp. z o.o. was established in 2002 by Grupa LOTOS S.A. under the firm LOTOS Ekoenergia Spółka Akcyjna. In 2012, Grupa LOTOS S.A. sold 100% shares in LOTOS Ekoenergia sp. z o.o. to Miliana Shipholding Ltd based in Cyprus. The new shareholder took a decision to change the name of the company to Technical Ship Management Sp. z o.o. and to transfer its registered office. On 1 October 2012, the Company began its operating activity that involves rendering consulting services in the safe operation of vessels.
Since 1 April 2013, the Company has rendered services involved in the management of sea vessels according to the ISM and ISPS Code. The core business of the Company is service that supports sea transport and operation of oil fields. The Company renders also technical supervision services according to the ISM CODE for sea-going ships.

Our company has successfully implemented a quality management system in accordance with the ISO 9001: 2015 standard in 2020 for port agent service which was confirmed by the issue of ISO 9001:2015 certificate no. NC-3271 (date of issue 30.12.2020)
We are member of The Polish Ship Managers’ Association.
